"Won't you sssing another sssong for your Queen, little sssongbird?" The serpent's voice was low and sultry in the dim glow of the burning braziers, which kept the Queen's chamber warm.
Lucerio opened his mouth, but whether he planned sing or beg for mercy, he never got out more than a single syllable before the smooth coils grew taught around him once more.
The jay's taloned foot reflexively gripped the bedding as the loops of the serpentine goddess' long, lithe tail flexed between his legs and shrunk around his middle and neck. When he pried desperately at her suffocating coils, they didn't yield at all. In fact the snake responded by slowly sliding one final loop of tail around his throat so that he was wrapped up like a gift. Or like an offering. An offering to a goddess.
The Queen watched as his eyes began to flutter and his cheeks grow as blue as the rest of his body. Her long tongue darted out as her sharp eyes watched his consciousness begin to ebb away.
Just before it did, she eased her grip, allowing Lucerio's lungs to breath and blood to flow. As he coughed and hitched and gazed around in confusion, she reached down and placed a cold-blooded hand on his feathery chest. His heartrate was elevated, but that was normal of the offerings her subjects brought her.
"Puh...please..."
The Queen smiled coldly at the word. It was always fun when they began to beg, once her sinuous tail had grappled and pinned and squeezed the fight and the spirit out of her offerings.
"Please...tighter...my Queen..." the little bird croaked.
The Queen's serpent eyes widened at the words. Never before had one of her offerings asked her to squeeze them harder. Quite the opposite. And now that she looked, the songbird wasn't trying to escape her coils, he was caressing them with...could it be desire?
"Well, well..." The Queen hissed as her coils began to move, sleek scales sliding over soft feathers as she encased her new admirer even more in her tail, "...sssince you made your requessst ssso earnessstly...your Queen ssshall oblige you." The tip of her tail caressed Lucerio's cheek, then slithered under his beak and forced his head up, forcing him to meet the serpent's eye. "I warn you though, little one: I may not oblige another...even when you beg me to ssstop."
That silver medallion she's wearing belongs to Lucerio, by the way. It was shiny so she stole it.
