Nice. ^_^
Hands still small. Love the feet, head a little large.
Good coloring. Nothing wrong with flat color + some shading. Makes it very illustrative.
Good pen work.

Just keep practicing. Don't get too upset. You still draw hands better than I do(and I have a BFA...)!
Start studying your own hands or get one of the books I suggested. You're getting way better and all artists have their bad days. *hug* ^_^
