Gang Orca was in the middle of fighting some villains until one of the used a quirk that knocked our hero unconscious,he then wakes up shirtless,his arms chained above his head,and his feet locked in footstocks with his shoes and socks removed and his toes completely restrained. He struggles to break out but can’t,then the villains come towards his big feet with a container of what seems to be baby oil and lots of brushes. The villains dip the brushes into the oil… and use the oil coated brushes to tickle Gang Orca’s defenseless feet. The villains ask him questions on government secrets and top secret stuff that’s only available to pro heroes,but our hero refuses to comply,he will not allow himself to be defeated by such childish tactics he says… looks like he is going to be here for a long while…or maybe…forever,until he finally gives in.
