Guildmaster in the day, criminal "hacker" in the night. His Dreepy are a part of his main body and can serve as extra eyes. He is an amalgam of Dreepy rather than a solid entity that fires Dreepy, more akin to Zygarde. Due to this, he can use Astral Barrage by rapidly firing Dreepy, devolving and shrinking as he uses more ammo until he becomes one single Dreepy. (He has a single launcher as a Drakloak, unlike other Drakloaks)

Not pictured, he wears a toolbelt to keep his gadgets in while he is out on his own missions.
He has a Palaflipper Null for infiltration that requires RFID, Radio, Bluetooth, or Infrared cracking.
He carries a Porygon-Z on a USB stick he attaches to computers as a sort of info-stealer malware. Porygon-Z acts a guild receptionist. A Sprigatito develops more targeted malware for him.

Notably, he doesn't have any programming skills and only knows how to use a computer on the level of an advanced user.

The guild is also an Orphanage, and as a Dragapult, he has a soft spot for baby pokemon.
