Oops I ended up making an entire separate setting for the Breeder Concertos, and now it's time to make/import some unique characters for that setting.

Meet Dr. Boltman, a self-styled mad scientist supervillainess. She got bullied all throughout her childhood and finally just decided to be a supervillainess. She's more about the image and lifestyle than actually doing anything truly evil, though. She also makes robots.
