''Eisbär in den Ruinen'' by Lay
This is a picture I drew at my workplace, inspired by my recent trip to Germany. The weather was too cold to do any gardening outside today, so my employer decided to give me some drawing supplies to play around with.
~ The ruins in this drawing, are inspired by ''Barfußpark'', an open-air location featuring the ruins of several hospitals and sanatoriums that were used both during the period of the Black Death, and during WWII. Some of these houses even have massive red and green leaf-covered trees growing through them! Some of the forested locations feature massive wood-and-steel walkways that let you admire Mother Nature's ruin-reclaiming work from a higher view!
~ The Polar Bear in this drawing exploring the ruins, is inspired by our visit to ''Die Eisbären'', which is a famous German Ice Hockey group. The match they played was very fun, and they apparently had the homefield advantage, because they ended up defeating their opponents, the Penguins, by ending the match with 4 - 3!
