The ones in the bottom left quadrant were actually the early designs for Avi's eye, which is pretty much the same as it is now.

Most of the designs were hits I believe; the second row - the top one with just two eyes in it - are the only ones I consider definite misses. Other than that I think all of them look pretty sweet. (Now if only I could get them to always look right on faces. Derp.)
