I have to explain a bit why Whizzit is so elegantly dress up on a birthday. But first thanks to 
KairaAnix to making that marmot elegantly dress up on a basic birthday XD
Then why an elegant marmot ? because today I'm turning 31 and well in french there is an expression going like this "Être sur son 31" which is wearing beautiful & elegant clothes for special occasion. But I don't think you need to wear so much for something like a birthday, well not when it's just between friends and they have for meal fast food XD.
