That photo had quite some potential, but because I messed up on many points, I have to say that I'm not very satisfied with the final result.
As September settled, it was time to head for the forest to hear stag's bellows and, if luck was on my side, maybe observe some animals. As I had visualised the places deers would meet up and bellow, I decided to bring on the field a lens I'm very unfamiliar with, a 420-800mm. I quickly came to realise that it would be challenging to have good quality photos in the woods at dusk, mostly given that my camera is over 15 years old, now. And after a few tries, I decided my settings, choosing to go with high ISO and low aperture in order to try and have a good if underexposed photo if I were to come across any animal. At that time I thought it would be okay since I would just have to correct the lighting in photo edition softwares afterwards. Alas, I had either forgotten how bad I was with such softwares or I have overestimated my competences... This is the best result I could get of editing the original photo that was very dark. Too much ISO reduced the overall quality, even though I tried to reduce the noise. I'm still trying to get around these softwares, but let's be honest, I'm not very fond of photo editing...

Thanks, Ursus. Indeed, and I still have a lot to learn about low light photography, mostly when involving moving subjects... Though, I have to say that the result depends a lot on the screen used, my computer screen allow me to see much more more chromatic flaws than on my phone's...
