This is Eglath from The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures. It’s the boss monster of the “Tower of Winds,” but since it’s easy to defeat, it might not leave much of an impression. But I think its grotesque appearance is one of the most extreme in the series. Despite having such a terrifying appearance, its voice is high-pitched and cute, which is why I like it quite a bit.
