Similar story here — received the first two as a gift last month. Actually, funny story: I got 3 books in total because somehow, I'm not sure how, the friend who bought them accidentally got two copies of "Traitors, Thieves and Liars", both with different covers. Not sure if that's different editions or something, can't really find any info about it.
This trilogy will be my introduction to the series (I've read the Skinchange comic, but the only book of Rick's I've read so far is Ani-droids), so I'm looking forward to getting started with it :3

Earlier this year when I was putting together the cover for this book, I thought... well one, Gre7g had finally acquiesced to making the geroo more regular kangaroo-like so I wanted to switch design styles, and two, I could do MUCH better, so I redid the covers for the first two books as well
