So this was planned for a long time since I got this model.
It's a test to draw Eggman clothes other then his iconic coat and answer this question.
Since Dr. Eggman has no neck basically Sonic was curious and asked how Dr. Spiral drinks his blood, well the wrist is her choice for this situation.
