Like every other character who's part of the PBL, of course Arashi's gotta rock his uniform, which I based it off the "surfing suit" surfers wear while surfing!

That's a cute wetsuit! Has very gym leader vibes as well, albeit one that doesn't quite match Dragonite's standard type. But still :D

Thank you! That is true, but Arashi is definitely going for more of his interest-wise with his design! He knows he'd want to go with the wet suit design than his typical dragon-type look people would expect! Definitely the heart of a surfer here!
