The water cat is a slow and chill cat who loves entering in a flow. Besides being a cat he loves being belly rubbed. He likes to wear a shirt which says "rub here". His belly is actually made out of water so rubbing it is perfect for hot days.
He can transform into ice if he's into condensation temperature and transform into vapor if he went on boiling temperature.
The idea of cats based on nature elements is quite generic, but... funnily that actually was just a misinterpretation that I did back on my DeviantArt days (2 years ago). Someone requested me to draw “elemental cats”, but I didn't know that it was an actual cartoon show.
So I did a whole idea and dynamics and I thought that it was really cool, but in the end it was only a fanart request. So... Yeah, I needed to start over and just go and draw what they requested. Heh... Anyway, Agoul is not the only cat that I created with this concept. There's actually more... Yeah...
