This is more of Rizyu's normal outfit then the one I originally drew him in. The black shirt with green stripes and the green pants is his military uniform minus the coat.
Rizyu is a bounty hunter by the Raligard and Evaren military. To other races he is border line pirate. Him and his crew support their titles as they call it of pirates but avoid any un-neccicary violence to merchants and the innocent.
Even with Rizyu still being enlisted with his races military and actively still do contracts for them. Those contracts are only to keep the military off of Rizyu's back for he is the last of the black flight.
