After each shift at Hathor Foodlabs Intl., I steadily retained more and more chickenlike features, until changing back simply wasn't a thing I did anymore!
It's not so bad... plenty of animal people roam around Neo Gob City! Not all of them bloat out with eggs at random times or when a particularly handsome rooster man walks past, but, well... y'know.
