Lore wise, N "works" for Starman in a way. Starman is one of the Observers, highest rank of deity there is in my universe where all my OCs exit in, while the mortals have knowlage and physical evidence of gods and deities existing around them as they do walk around them and live among them and not exactly hide they don't have the knowledge of the Observers. Even N as a demigod has no actual clue he is in a way owned by one.
