There's actually nothing wrong with taking a like on muscular women. Heck, I love drawing muscular men and women alike.

The thing is, there are certain media, they be movies, TV shows and the like, that actively apply masculine traits into female leads at expense of their own character, as well as of legitimately competent/good males. That also goes with removing weaknesses that come naturally or biologically with women. Such a directing decision would remove relatability with female viewers, not just with male ones.

We are people, born with fears and flaws, but some media nowadays will do their way to call out men and their weaknesses in a rather condescending matter. However, regarding toxic masculinity, the same goes for the women just way decades back. Such treatment is no different. I mean, we men have fears as we grow up, and it's okay, but we cannot let bullies talk down to us.

And again, it's fine for females to be muscular, be it in fiction or in real life, we just have to be cautious with differences in media treatment between male and female. Perception from media, from time to time, is always dynamic. With that said however, I don't think 'all' critics hate polarizing media just because of something they don't like, a wise and mature critic would would take time and nuance to analyze before going into a conclusion. Some people may hate critics, especially the wise and mature one, but we people should know better than just jumping into conclusions, reacting negatively to critics' critique, shutting them down, and going on a hate train against them.

We people should be more critical, more patient and more polite than haters, regardless of any kind of background. That's all I have to say.

Yeah. There is something like "if you don't like a thing, just ignore it" but guess they need to spread hateful unnecesary comments. It's really easy just not to look at something you don't like and let the rest of people enjoy it, but guess we live in a world were "If I can't enjoy something, you can't too"
