Sender's Terms Of Service

Queueing and Payment:
1. You may queue at any time. Submitting a request to be on the queue only requires a commission prompt and a selected price.

2. There can only be 5 customers on the line Queue, any further customer submissions will be archived in a collection queue until a space is made available in the line Queue

3. I will only accept payment when you confirm that you are satisfied with the preliminary sketch, and I will send an invoice. Therefore, sketches require payment up front.

Processing:
1. When you submit a request to be on the Queue, I can ask further detail about what you would like me to draw.

2. Pricing is based on the listing above, I will break down your request to give you a quote on the current final price*, and add you to the queue when you are satisfied with this.

3. I typically send notifications when you reach the Line Queue, and reaching the front of the queue.

4. At this point, I will start to sketch your prompt. This sketch's purpose is to finalize figure shapes and overall composition, when you are satisfied, I will send you an invoice and I will begin working on your commission.

5. Once finished and approved, I may post the finished art in common venues unless requested otherwise**.

Rights and Conditions:
*1. I hold the right to alter the prices based on the complexity of the requested art.

2. I hold the right to decline a submission for any reason, and have no obligations to explain.

**3. You have every right to request the privacy of your commission, it will not be posted or streamed publicly on further request.

4. You have every right to repost the commissioned art in any space of your choosing as long as I am credited as the artist.

5. If you are intending to use your commission for a commercial project, it must be discussed with me before or during your submission.

6. If you request me to write or generate additional media to your commission, additional fees are not fixed and may increase the price.

-Inflation
-Berry related content
-Permanency of inflation to any degree
-Feminine figures
-Narrative worldbuilding

Blacklisted Subjects
These are subjects I will outright decline.
-Anyone underaged
(even if the work isn't explicit or kink-related, I don't trust the internet fam.)
-Bathroom kinks of any degree
-Diapers
-Vore
-Gore of any degree, including gory pops.
-Ferals/zoophilia
-Anything illegal, really
