And a happy Sweetest Day Eve to everyone! What better way to get into the spirit than check in on Spunky the Kangaroo, having the sort of problem he did in the comic where he visited the Land Of You Are What You Eat (Frisky Fables #3, which you can see at https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=34487 starting from page 37)? I've drawn him in this sort of fix before, but not in years, and rarely in full color.
Mostly I wanted to get some drawing done again in the worst way and here it is, showing what I can do in under an hour on a picture.
The comic book has this kind of cute scarf around Lollipop Spunky and that made me realize for the first time ever that oh, if you unwrapped the lollipop like that you'd have a little bib that might keep melting lollipop from getting on your fingers. Probably it didn't really work but at least an attempt was made.
(I recommend that Spunky story if you like to see lots of goofy food transformation. Also on the first page of the story Spunky has some adorably cute poses of sitting in his mother's pouch.)
