Both...Why wouldn't you want to use the fireplace to set the scene of coziness and pleasure??? But if I had to choose one or the other, it will always be the one you are closest to, hence lying/snuggling towards your body inflated/weight gained friend/creature in front of you to give him/her the best hugs anywhere in the world.
