ChadKrueger impressed and embarrassed me last year by saying he was a fan of my art that he would see showing up in the sketchbooks that people would hand him. I tend to be insecure about my work relative to those whom I admire and so compliments like that makes a big deal to me. What was more satisfying was being asked to draw in his sketchbook which I happily obliged by drawing his duck character about to enjoy some gnarly waves, dude.
