Klavi asked that I try drawing his character and two friends as though they were characters involved in the age-old videogame "Oregon Trail" which was notable for making it extremely difficult to keep your family of relatives alive as you continued your epic journey. He described the scene you see here and I asked, "so how should these characters be reacting to the gravestone? Sad and maudlin? Or perhaps with a look of 'youuuu idiot!'". "YEAH, that last one!"Oh, and BTW, I LOVED drawing the middle guy's expression.
