To be 100% honest with you, I have NO idea how people attach latex noses. XD Ciara and I were just talking about that yesterday. I always use sculpey noses, and when I have latex noses, I always fill them with sculpey so they're still firm, but have the nice soft texture on the outside.
Sorry, Ciara got it wrong again. (She does that from time to time) Honestly, you can buy plumbing putty to put on the inside of the nose to firm it up. I used epoxy for on the inside of that one nose, not sculpey, and I -used- to use model magic before they changed their formula. Or you can go with your original idea of stuffing it with polifil or cotton balls and e6000ing it to the head. Whichever works best for you.
She thought it's what I had used because we constantly call sculpey model magic by accident. XD And we really don't know how people attach my latex noses, but as long as you stuff it well there shouldn't be any problems with it getting smushed, which is why when we send them off we put polifil in and around them.
