I saw these 2 litre bottles of Cinnamon Coke at my local Tesco too, the thought that they come in such large bottles is a bit daunting. Perhaps I'll try one for myself, but we'll see.
Still I was surprised to hear that you didn't get much of a cinnamon taste till afterwards, but yeah it would make sense that they add it to get a bit more sweetness to a zero sugar cola. So hearing that it is intriguing.
If you ever wanted to try the Pepsi Max Lime, they at least have them in 1.25 litre bottles at Tesco, so it's not as big as the Cinnamon Coke one. Great job, keep up the good work.

normal coke uses cinnamon as one of it's ingrediants. so i using a little more wont always change much unless you add a lot more. just like spice, you cant taste the difference between a few drops of hot sauce. but can definitely taste it if its drizzled or drenched in hot sauce.
