Awesome commission that I got from  forest-wolf

I’ve been a fan of Buffy for a longish time, ever since I first sat down to watch episodes with a friend. There’s a musical episode entitled “Once More, With Feeling” and as of today it’s still an episode I can go back and watch.

If Jag ever had to play the villain, he’d be the singing, dancing demon that’s only referred to in the credits as Sweet. Jag’s fun loving attitude would make him a shoe-in for the job of musical, destruction demon! :3

At the end of the episode Sweet is “defeated,” which is a fancy term to say he decides to just leave the town he’s in. On his way out he sings a reprise of his earlier song “What You Feel.”

As you read the words in the picture and if you know how they’re sung in the show, they show the conveyance of emotion throughout the entire episode. You cannot hide you’re feelings and the way you truly think of people forever. In time, your secrets are bound to escape. When it happens you really need to ask yourself was it worth keeping such a thing hidden (a lie, an emotion, etc...) and now that it’s known can you really say you’re happy.

There are a million other lines in the show that I love and could get art related to, but I wanted to start with this one! :3
