I think I drew this in 2020?

"UHG, STOP READING MY HEALTH CHARTS! I GET IT, YOU CAN GET ANY INTEL. STOP!"

Something along the lines of that is what had in my head when I drew this I think. (But I usually imagine atleast 4 different scenarios to make expressions, so nothing really makes sense.)
