I once had a dream of one of my favorite Pokémon, a female Hellgar (Houndoom's JP. name) who I befriended, finding out that her husband and four offsprings had been captured and killed by a stingy poacher. Hellgar tracked the man down and encountered him at the waterfall bridge of Route 47 -- the route that leads to the newly-built Safari Zone in the West corner of the Johto region -- only to play with his mind by letting her guard down. Then, as the man turned his back on her, thinking she would just leave him be, she silently ran up to him, and attacked, using a well-aimed Fire Fang to the neck. And if you've read Hellgar's/Houndoom's PokéDex Entry, you'll know that the pain this Pokémon species inflicts on its victim, never cease to burn, until the victim's death. And that was the case with the poacher. Though he did still manage to turn on his back and threaten the angry Hell Hound by aiming his weapon at her. Fortunately, Hellgar, now being pinned to the ground herself, could just barely reach for her Mega Stone, and absorbed the power of the powerful item. The pain she suffered in her Mega transformation, was unbearable, though in her head, nothing could be more unbearable than losing everything she had considered close to her -- Her Trainer, her husband, and all four of her dearly-beloved offsprings. Paralyzed from the painful bite, the man eventually dropped down to the ground, after which Hellgar took him in her mouth. Blinded by both the anger and the horrible pain from her Mega, Hellgar threw the poacher off the waterfall's edge, and, thanks to the burning bite, made sure he would never live to survive the fall due to the inflicted uninterrupted burns. Finally, as Hellgar reverted from her pain-inducing transformation to her normal self, she had just one kind of pain left -- the pain that would, ironically, never cease to exist. Though, this was a mental pain. It was the pain of knowing that she would never see her family again. At least; not while she would still be among the living. This realization was the last drop in the bucket that she needed to do the unthinkable. After Hellgar tracked down her old ''Trainer'', and said her farewell to him in the darkest of night, she left. She travelled to a grassy field illuminated by a beautiful Aurora Borealis, and there, she lay down, and closed her eyes for one last time.
The only thing she would want to happen now, was, that she would finally be reunited with those she truly loved. And that would soon be the case.

Mine too. I had this story written on my Notes app on my iPhone, but I thought it was finally time I get it through to my viewers. It has been a very dark secret of me, even if it's imaginary. Maybe it stems from my fear of losing my own loved ones? I also have a fear of death, but the concept of reincarnation (= being reborn as a different person or even a different animal) balances it out for me. I'd love to be reborn as an actual wolf! Doesn't even have to be an Arctic Wolf specifically (even if it's my preferred choice), but it would be my best-case-scenario regardless. Wolves have families too, just like humans! They're some of the most compassionate, loyal yet skilled animals in the animal kingdom.
