A cloud dweller who lives on the land below, an uncommon sight, indeed.
Their name is Gust, and they are a circus ringmaster. They use their magic to help make their shows more exciting!
They are in possession of a staff of ballooning, but unlike another wielder, they never miscast or misfire with it.
Gust is the twin sibling of Gale. The two of them used to be inseperable, though after a big argument years ago, the two have not been in contact. Gale remained in the cloud kingdom, while Gust travelled to the land below, where they joined, then became the ringmaster of a circus.
