Original description: Just uploading the WIPS before 2023. XP
Yeah this image was delayed for a super long time as you could've guessed from the original description and really I've already covered how I feel about it in my 2022 art summary here so I'll just use my description for this from my Newgrounds gallery.
I heard 2022 is the 20th anniversary of Jet Set Radio Future's release! So of course I set out to draw a grand tribute to this childhood classic for the End Of 2022 bonus drawing!
Keep on understanding the concept of love, y'all!
Phew! It's FINALLY done! Serves me right for deciding to end each year with a massive drawing full of many, many characters. This was a real grind to get finished!
The background is pretty rushed compared to my End Of 2021 drawing that I also started but finished way way later. Good thing that I didn't do anything as big and ambitious at the end of 2023, though I did have something Bomb Rush Cyberfunk themed for that occasion. It's actually fitting that I finished this End Of 2022 bonus in August 2024 since Jet Set Radio Future actually takes place in the year 2024 so I suppose everything is fine. Who's funky y'all?!
