This picture was taken after Brooke found out Viki was homeless in September 2014, and had been since April 2014. Viki's parents had kicked her out.
Obviously, this is before she put together her punk look, as she looks very plain. It was a slow build of the look, and she had started with the dragonair sleeve and eyebrow piercing.
