Upon activation, this experiment's primary purpose is to stalk people and petrify them in place upon making eye contact. The petrification induced by 191415236121115 will last as long as she is making contact with her target, and will immediately wear off once broken. The reason why 191415236121115 does this is because she is trying to harvest the victim's fear, and will do anything to get it from them. Sometimes, she may even attempt to cause physical harm to them.



Once 191415236121115 harvests enough fear, she will cocoon herself and evolve into her mature state. In this state, 191415236121115 becomes a very destructive bounty hunter. Now being able to petrify anyone not by just eye contact, but also by just staring directly at them. She also grows an extra set of arms and detachable quills, which she can use as spears to assassinate her targets.
