Phew, almost missed today's spook-tober's post! To make up for the delay, tomorrow I'll do twice the posting... ;)
Here's a character I have been tinkering with for quite a while actually, but that I have finished only now (literally)! First concepts I had were made with Drider and Arachne (from Greek mythology) designs in mind, but eventually I decided to take inspiration from far, far away for a change... and base the character on Japanese Yokai and folklore!
Funny thing, I don't really like spiders in real life that much, but an intelligent spider-taur of sort would still intrigue meand catch me in her spiderweb, to be trapped in a lovely, cozy cocoon
I'll say even more, I initially pondered the idea of making it so that the lower body and the humanoid are two distinct creatures, with the spider being some kind of parasite that latches onto the base of the spine of the host humanoid... bonding and fusing with them so that they either live in symbiosis as a single organism, or the spider simply puppetters the host through their nervous system... though I ultimately scrapped that idea for something different '^w^
(I reserve the right to use it maybe one day, if I get back to writing smut ù.ù)
