Number 16 for my Ladies of Arda Portfolio (info can be found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1980006/ ) This is Uinen, a Maia sea spirit known as the Lady of the Calms, played by 's Fyremane.

Uinen, the Lady of the Calms, was the wife of Osse, the Lord of the Waves. Both served Ulmo the Ocean Lord who was master of water in all its forms. Uinen was as loved by those who went on the sea as Osse was feared. Sailors prayed to Uinen that she might grant them safe passage.
