Once the victim has made eye contact with 1915132181, she will hypnotize them with her eyes and by letting out an oddly mesmerizing scream, that will cause the victim to start to hallucinate and see everything around them as an optical illusion, making it very dangerous to navigate the world on their own. To add onto this, they may even see some hallucinations of 1915132181 stalking them, driving them into madness! *let's out an insane laugh*
