It's been a while since I drew Illias so I took the opportunity to do a full colour piece of him on an early morning scouting mission for an adventuring party (that he's definitely guiding through Barovia with no ulterior motives whatsoever) - I like to imagine that he can get a rare break from the perpetual doom and gloom by flying above the clouds to watch the sunrise.

Hopefully one day I'll get to play him in a Curse of Strahd Campaign again!
