I was drawing this around midnight on Saturday of the convention after having only four hours of sleep the night before and I was feeling a little punchy at the time and the thought crossed my mind about this picture: Spiritwolf is a character whose shtick is being invisible, and yet all the pictures I've seen show him still demonstratably there on a physical level. With this in mind what practical purpose is being invisible in a world populated by animal characters which presumably have the same sort of physical attributes that real animals have, ie: canines have superb senses of smell which would allow them to easily discern a person no matter how invisible they might otherwise be. Lanny smiled in recognition of the logical conundrum and said that he'd considered that and the answer lay in invisible power also hiding other aspects of the character from people's usual sensory perceptions, meaning he doesn't have much body odor of any sort along with presumably little heat exertion, enormous noise dampening, and I guess reduced pressure disturbance on the ground and air movement. So my overthinking of the thing was out-thought. :)
