It's Dartmouth in NH, the mountain is north of Woodstock NH just off the Kangamangus. My friend yelled at me because I was taking time to change my aperture on the camera because there was so MUCH mist that I needed a longer exposure!

LOL Yea, I get that a lot too, my friends like to hike quickly and I'm all about stopping for every rose, pretty view and fox scat XD

We never actually stopped to rest, but we stopped frequently when what we had to say to each other was a little long winded! I am also one of those who just scoots right along all zippy like. We turned this 7 mile, 2k altitude gain hike into only 3 hours. We passed 27 people hiking in the same direction. Not a bad day!!

Holy....wow. I have no words for how incredibly beautiful and Otherwordly that setting you captured is. Reminds me of when I went to Scotland back in '05; the scenery there was something else. Your composition in this shot simultaneously gives depth and still makes you want to see more what could be beyond the borders of the photograph...

Figure Escalates exciting atmosphere, and you have a good photograph of the place and brings kivetys brings the image distance, which would also point out the trail. Very natural looking and the usual picture of nature and weather conditions except in relation to the difficulty of brilliantly successful photograph. So just awesome photograph & keep up good work & fun!....=^w^=

Nice! Right now my wallpaper is a picture of the sociopath kid from "battle royal" (the movie) right after he went blind and he's stumbling around with blood dripping down his face. I'm twisted
