If you mean equines in general? I find the shire horse to be very interesting. Started enjoying that breed ever since RDR2 released and maaaaan. It made Dutch look like a fool when Morgan rolls up on him in what's essentially a giant horse breed that still roams to this day. :D

Yeah they are quite nice. I liked the draft horses from RDO, very fun. I had two shires. One named Maus VIII(Reference to a super-heavy tank during WWII) and my main shire who I named Thunderous Whooves. Loved those two horses so much even though they had a tendency to chuck me off cliffs lol.
As for IRL horses? I've seen some at the stockyards here in Texas, they seem very nice from what I can remember!

I wish I could confidently point you in the right direction!! However, the only real equine I have in my own cast is a bit more stylized than many of my other anthros, so it might not exactly fit what you're going for. That said I really like this one; quite a beautiful backside in particular. :D <3
I will also say in general, trying to get any anthro head to look just right on a body can be tricky sometimes so I sorta know how that feels in at least some way.
