Fox has long since become the grandfather of Bold's cubs. Both Plucky and Windy used to visit their grandfather and hear very exciting stories about all the animals' migrations from farthing wood to white deer park. He also told how he managed to save the lives of his friends, including their humble grandmother, Vixen.

Windy: "Please, grandpa? Can't we hear more of your exciting stories."

Fox: "Sure, Windy. You two will hear how it went when we crossed over the big freeway."

Plucky: "Yippie!!! It sounds very exciting."

Fox: "It is too, Plucky. But it also contains a bit of the tragic story about the fate of the Hedgehogs. But are you sure you wanted to hear?"

But both Plucky and Windy were far too excited by Fox's long story.

Plucky: "But grandpa! You told us about the fate of two facades last time."

Windy: "Yes, I agree with Plucky. Even though some of your stories are horrible, they are still exciting. Please, Grandpa. Please..."

Fox smiled with laughter and understands what his grandson is saying.

Fox: "Well, you're right. You're right. Let's continue."

So Fox told that very story to Plucky and Windy. He also told about their father's life and fate, before he set off and explored part of the world outside the nature reserve. Fox thinks Bold and Whisper's fox cubs look so cute and wonderful.

Even though Fox feels so old, it probably won't be too long until his grandchildren are as big as his and Vixen's fully grown foxes.
