Day 6 I wanted to introduce a host of new demon-type characters! First off, say hello to Wyltmeyer, one of the few humans that still exist in my universe.
Wyltmeyer is a creature who came from the planet Earth, now known as the Ravaged Planet after hundreds of years of war ripped it apart and made it near-inhospitable. Wyltmeyer used to be a regular human, until one fateful Halloween when he donned a demonic plague doctor masks he had purchased at a gothic curio shop. While his mask left many Halloween participants shocked and awed, it wasn't till after the festivities that he realized something was wrong when he couldn't remove said mask. A trip to the hospital grew grim when, during a failed procedure to remove the mask, Wyltmeyer's eyes grew red and mind went blank, next thing he knew he was standing above a pile of dead bodies, his hands bloodied as bits of flesh lay under his nails.
After this Wyltmeyer has to hide away from society, not only from the fear he brought up on others, but also to keep himself from potentially ending the lives of countless others.
Decades, centuries went by as Wyltmeyer hid away, the mask holding some power that kept him alive. Throughout those centuries, he continually lost his humanity, his own face beginning to graft to the inside of the mask, bringing the mask to ultimately be his face. He showed away on a GDF scouting ship that landed on the planet for recon, but was quickly found and apprehended by the GDF when he tried to take them out. Fascinated by the creature, the GDF took him to MAZTech, who tried but failed to calm him, ultimately having to take him to a safe to help quell his homicidal tendencies. Afterward, after years of tests and ensuring he could control his rage, Wyltmeyer was released to Artsoma Verge, where he now lives out his days among others.
I wanted to make him super creepy and crazy looking, but honestly I don't have the artistic talent to make stuff creepy and super cool, so this is the best I was able to do with Wylt.

Imt actually working on an extended biography for him that goes into more detail on his life after the hospital massacre. I'll happily share it when I'm finished!
But the most poignant possession after the hospital was on the GDF scouting ship that caused him to be caught by the troops and sent to MAZTech. If the troops weren't heavily armed and armored there's no way they would have overpowered Wyltmeyer.
