From other unfortunates that stumbled across the slime?
Fascinating~
I assumed the bones were apart of the creature.
But its more just wearing the bones?
I can't help but be interested.
I would love to explore the dark places creatures like this exist.
To take notes and learn about them...

Ixians are essentially just the ink/slime, any mimicry of a solid form requires a much higher volume of liquid to achieve.
Getting around that limitation, it is not too difficult for them to puppet something to make up for the lack of stability - this one happened across a collection of bones from an unknown source or sources.
Clearly someone is interested in their behaviour too, you dont just put trail cams on these remote places for the local birds.
Study is at your risk, and you are far more in-tact then they are - a fitting vessel, or at least more bones; even lagomorph shaped, a prime example of much closer study
