Lash's mother, Queen inildera. One could see where Lash gets his grey eyes.
Inildera is different from a normal Serperior. She's a dual type of grass AND Poison. The little bulb at her tail's end is the point where her venom is the strongest. She attacks with it in high-in-volume puff of poisonous pollen that can cover an entire city.
She's cruel in the highest degree and holds no mercy to any of those who oppose her. She's the one who tricked Lash into thinking it was his time to rule when she was secretly "banishing" him from her area. Deep down, she knows he'll return and would have to kill him, King Lash, or he will kill her.

Diggin' it, dude. The way she has her neck coiled/curved underscores her ferocity... just like how any threatening snake would. The gray eyes are also nice, especially over the typical red eyes a regular Serperior would have; it reflects her murderous chill in her expression. :P
Woah. That positioning is just...holy crap. Grass/Poison would definitely be a lethal combo in the world of Pokemon. Though, a Psychic or Fire type would belittle her, but I like a challenge...now, if only my Cinccino had Skill Link...something tells me she's not above resorting to underhanded tricks to get her way either.
