You really went well with the lighting and shading effects from the lit staff that Raichu is holding. The glow effects that the moon and the book have are also a spooky touch as well...all that goes with the evil-ish smirk she has too, couple with the dark clouds and many bare trees that littler the hillside...really spooky! Like I said, not someone to mess with!
