The flight engineer could only gasp in horror as an incomprehensible form peered from the fellow astronaut's helmet.
(Admittedly, a very loose interpretation of "Elemental". Consider it as an extremely hot Nitrogen and Oxygen burn that forms plasma, like a plasma ball you'd see in an early-90's teenager's bedroom...)
