Lucy "Lucky" first apperance in Rascals
You're probably thinking of this Lucy, who is Issy's sister. Though if it is the same Lucy(which it does seem like it is, given that they share the same name and nickname "Lucky"), it doesn't make any sense whatsoever that they all go to the same high school since it looks like Lucy in her first apperance looks way older than the twins who were suppose to be toddlers or little kids at this point.

Ironically I just been told this on Discord DM. But I don’t doubt it’s the same, because she could easily have stalled or repeated a year to stay enough or could be one school that goes from kindergarten all the way to high achool.

If you look at twins back when Lucy originally debut, those kids had to be toddler age or under 10 while Lucy looked to clearly be a teenager and way older than the twins. I can say the twins had to be toddler age due to how they were portrayed and their mannerisms.
If we're doing a 10+ year time skip to where these twins are older, but still minors, Lucy has no business being a love interest, because she would be well into her mid to late 20s—an adult.
Even if the twins are middle schoolers and Lucy is a high schooler, she would have no business being a love interest because of the huge age gap.
