Art drawn by me! Ref sheet for Bono and Cliff, two antagonistic dragons I created to act as villains for a story, but will probably end up drawing them a lot more often.
(Was going to have them dressed more modestly, but after drawing the really lean body for Bono, couldn't help myself but put him in a backless loincloth. I may have indulged a bit)

They're young 20-year old dragons, but act like comical delinquents. Think like Saturday morning cartoon bullies. Bono is the smarter one, usually coming up with plans and trying to keep Cliff up with what they’re up to, though in saying that, Bono isn’t really that smart to begin with. Cliff will usually go along with whatever Bono is doing, as long as he has something to laugh at and feels like he’s winning.

(I imagine Bono likes to moon people a lot and laughs at them, with the way he dresses. Though he gets the opposite effects when he does that)


While at the moment, they're kind of like a Team Rocket group, I have some lore I need to make some art to show. But I imagine Bono comes a very rich family who has some extremely strict expectations on him, and after a lifetime of being under that, cracked and decided to rebel like this. His family is holding out hope this is just a phase and he'll go back to becoming a professional mage. Cliff is the opposite, where his parents don't pay any attention, and all this lashing out will finally get them to react to him (kinda works~~) Maybe a little too much sympathetic backstory to mention for two dragons meant to antagonize my other characters, but it's what I had in mind.
