I got it from Poland, as that was the only country that was selling directly to the USA on eBay's American site.
The drink to me is most likely blue raspberry with a citris flavour (lemon or lime or possibly a little of both), plus it's cola, so that's included too.
Hopefully it or something similar will be sold in the US soon. You're very welcome. It took a month, but it was worth it I'd say.
