Out of seeing sea lions, otters, and dolphins at the Georgia Aquarium... the one I least excited for, was the best! The sea lions you got to TOUCH, you got to interact with! I love sea otters the most, truly, but they are so mischievous that I couldn't even be near them without a window between us. Sure, there was a cutout to touch the otter, but it wasn't the same! The sea lions you could pet, feel how their fur was, help 'command' them per the trainer's instructions, and you could get kisses! I wanted to tease Flar and have HIM sit between the sea lion and me and kiss his cheek when the sea lion kissed the other side... but the trainer took my idea and tossed me in the middle instead! 💜 Honestly.. a wonderful, happy memory. One that I have a photo of our real selves, but had to ask my artist buddy Zefa to draw our sona's as well in.
