Jo, your GPU is dead.
If your 'computer' is a Notebook, the mainboard (which the gpu die is fused on) is the issue.
If its a PC Desktop, change the GPU card. Prices (and performance) fluctuates between 40$ and XXX$. Its a matter of what you "need".
Its a Notebook. Buy a new Notebook. Mainboards replacements are as expensive as a new Notebook.
